Summary: First of all let me say how lovely and welcoming Bryan was. I had issues with the code system to get in and out of the hotel, I had to wait outside for a while before Bryan was back at reception because the code wouldn’t work for me. I got a physical key card instead to rectify this issue. The TV wasn’t working in my room and Bryan had to come and fix it for me. Generally the vibe felt a little flimsy. But honestly Bryan makes up for anything the hotel lacks, he’s a gem.
